Price, Payment & Rules
Rules :
Memberships
• Memberships are non-refundable.
• Valid during 4 weeks. Classes cannot be carried over.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.Booking & Cancellations
• Payment is required before attending class. No unpaid reservations.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the class (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• Less than 24 hours — class is forfeited.
• unused classes do not roll over to the next month.
• Studio may reschedule classes; a new time or extension will be provided within the membership period.Conduct
• Arrive on time and follow the instructor’s guidance.
• Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Respect instructors and other participants. Rule-breakers may be removed without refund.
• listen to your body. Panthera isn't responsible for injuries caused by ignoring personal limits.Attire & Equipment
• Clean indoor shoes and comfortable clothing are required.
• Personal belongings are at your own risk.
• Damage to studio property must be compensated by the responsible person.Costumes
• Costumes belong to the studio if the studio placed the order — even if parents provide the money.
• If parents or students purchase a costume on their own, it belongs to them.
• The studio stores costumes while the student is attending classes.
• When a student leaves the studio:
• Studio-owned costumes remain with the studio.
• Costumes personally purchased by students or parents can be taken home.
• Responsibility for care and maintenance of costumes lies with the user.Offsite Performances
• Participation requires prior consent and a signed permission form from parents (for minors).
• Studio may set rules for time, place, costumes, and transport.
• Studio is not responsible for injuries or loss during offsite events unless caused by poor organization.Photos & Videos
• Studio may use images or videos of participants for social media and promotion.
• Parental consent required for minors.
• You may opt out by notifying staff before class.Health & Safety
• Dance involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury.
• You confirm that you are in good health and will follow the instructor guidance.
• The participant assumes all risks.Children
• Parents are not allowed in classes, except for open classes or special events.
• Children must be dropped off and picked up on time.Consent
• By purchasing a membership or participating in classes or performances, you agree to all studio rules.
